Dr. Lisa Pennington is the Founder and Managing Psychologist of LPA and Carolina Minds, PLLC.  She is a licensed psychologist that specializes in childhood academic and behavioral development.  Dr. Pennington received her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and received her doctoral degree from the University of South Florida.  Dr. Pennington worked as a School Psychologist for several years prior to establishing her current private practice.  Dr. Pennington has been in private practice for 20 years with the goal of reaching as many children as possible in a positive way to promote academic and social success.  By providing parents and educators with the understanding of every child's unique attributes, she hopes to foster confident, motivated, successful, and happier children.
