Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-A), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and is certified in Child/Parent Relationship Training.  She has a passion for children and for families.  She is trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy and she believes it is the most effective evidence-based practice for working with children under 12.  When working with adolescents she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as art therapy and mindfulness techniques. She knows firsthand how much effort and self-evaluation goes into being a parent, and she wants to provide encouragement to help parents find their innate strength and wisdom.  She believes it takes tremendous faith and courage to invite support into your life.  She is honored to walk with you on your journey.
